In today's episode of Pep Talk & Pickleball I am interviewing FASTer Way Pro Trainer LeAnne Ash. I am excited to share with her fitness journey with you. Specifically, I wanted to find out how she started and maintains a gluten free lifestyle.
LeAnne also shares with us a simple, easy recipe for gluten free "muffins" that are filling and satisfying on low carb days.
LeAnne's Magic Bread Flax Muffin
Spray a coffee mug. Mix togther the ingredients in the mug. Microwave 1 minute. Slice in half, place in toaster.
8 carbs, 6 fiber, 14 fat, 12 protein = 214 calories
I tried this and will confirm it works! I enjoy this muffin with eggs and avocado for a perfect low carb break-fast meal.
