So many of us think we need motivation, or inspiration FIRST before taking action.
This is why so many of get stuck, and feel unfulfilled and continue to procrastinate on our day to day lives.
We're supposed to have 50/50 with our emotions, but when we feel the 50% negative, we resist it and do everything we can to fix it.
This my friends, is what we discuss today.
On the podcast you'll learn how to feel the negative- allow it- AND take action. Yes, you can do both.
We don't need to wait- we can take action when we're anxious, frustrated or bored.
So many times we go through our life thinking things are impossible.
It's impossible to stop yelling at the kids
It's impossible to love my life as it is
It's impossible for you to ever change
Impossibility seems final
But as we discuss in todays podcast- impossibility is temporary.
We need to learn to stop using the past as evidence we can't do something- and start living in possibility.
Listen as you learn how to do that.

What is something you fear?
Fear of speaking in public?
Fear of failing?
Fear of never changing?
We all fear things in our lives, but I would ask you to consider the cost of not really evaluating that fear.
I used to fear flying. It stopped me from really living in the moment. Stopped me from dreaming. And now, I can truly say, I don't fear flying. This has taken a lot of insight on my part, but it's totally doable and I'm so grateful for this growth.
Where are you letting fear stop you? Where are you not able to move forward and progress because of fear?
Listen as we decide how to stop fearing and start living

Just like instruction manuals for how things work, we have manuals for everyone in our lives.
These manuals go unknown and we rarely ever tell anyone about the manuals we have which can cause relationship strains.
Learning what our manuals are and what they look like and how to drop them, is a huge key to creating the relationships we want in life.

Why didn't you go to the gym?
What made you send that text?
So many times, we think we do things without being aware. But the answer isn't being aware of our actions, it's being aware of the thoughts and feelings that drove those actions.
Listen today as we discuss what it takes to be aware and why we do the things we do.

This week, we begin our deep-dive into the CTFAR model and discuss how it affects everything we do. Learning about this model was the key for me when it came to understanding why I was struggling as much as I was as a mom and why I wasn't getting anywhere on my own.
Today we begin with discussing our thoughts. I explain what your thoughts really are, why you are not your thoughts, and why that separation is so crucial to changing your thinking.
Tune in to discover this episode's important tips and strategies that will help give you a new perspective, increase your awareness, and get you unstuck on your journey to creating the life you want.
I think the reason we as moms feel so frustrated and exhausted is because we have a belief that "They should just do what I say." If we are a good mom, we've taught them who to listen. When they don't- we may feel it's a reflection of us as not being good enough.
Today we will discuss how this is actually the cause of our pain- our own thinking- and not what our children do or don't do.
We'll also go into how we can give consequences from a place of love rather than anger.
It's a good one you guys.
