How to live a full life, that is the question. How do you? How do you live your life to the fullest without being held back by fear and the opinion of others. This is a question that I get often and it's something I ask myself. Sadly, there are so many people that have died that never made their dreams come true or did things that they could have said YES to. They simply chose to live a life of fear rather than boldness and intentionality.

It's a tough truth, but if we can realize the option we have, it allows us to make the right decisions! We have the ability to say yes to massive opportunities, but so many of us don't feel ready or we feel too scared. We have to learn what it means to live with courage and boldness. In this episode we reflect on key frameworks and mindsets we must have in order to live abundantly. When you intentionally understand all that you're living for and the potential within you, the world opens.

As humans we're constantly looking for love. In our deepest being, we desire to be loved and to have community. We were created for it. So what are we supposed to do when we feel unloved by peoples behavior with us? 

In today's episode we're going to look into two key concepts of what love is and how to have true loving relationships with others. The first concepts we discuss is what love is and asking the question of what do we expect of others? We often put false expectations on others and call it "love," but in reality it's manipulation and disappoint waiting to happen.

The second concept we discuss is how to love others with a genuine heart. We often try to do the "right" thing by outward appearance, but we ignore our heart position. I could give someone the nicest and most expensive gift in the world, but if I don't love them inwardly, then my gift is meaningless. It's deceiving in what "love" looks like.

There is a time to give a nice gift and to be present, but the amount of what we "do" does not measure someones love and for an individual. Do you fear? Fear the future, decisions, or what people think? I used to hear the phrase that you need to be fearless. As Christ-followers we know that fear is not to be apart of our norm, but this can be challenging to actually live out. Sometimes we wait to move or do until we don't have fear, but here is the reality...we often will fear, but it's what you do with that fear.

When we learn how to step forward with courage rather than allowing our fear to have control, that's what being fearless truly is. Fearlessness is not the ability to completely remove fear, but it's how we move forward while feeling fearful. In the presence of God, our fear does start to dimish. But we first must go into his presence with fear. Here is the thing sis, your fear is normal. But now we must learn how to lead our life with courage, rather than with fear.
