Millennial Marriage tips for a person who is preparing or in the middle of a marriage. When we got married young, we had so many people tell us we were making the wrong decision or that we were trapping ourselves. It was sad how many negative comments we had or the expectations the world has on marriage. Kramer and I decided we wanted to have the best marriage ever and we refused the labels the world was trying to place on our marriage. We prayed and often talked about what a great marriage consists of? We didn't want to do what was easy, but what was hard so we could experience freedom.
Today on the episode we are sharing 10 things that have helped our marriage grow into a godly marriage and what would have helped if we would have known. We didn't fully understand these concepts at the beginning of marriage and it would have changed a lot. But, we are living in freedom NOW due to these 10 concepts. We hope that this episode blesses you whether you are single, dating, engaged, or way beyond our years in marriage. We believe any of these concepts can help transform an individual person to become more like Jesus.

Is the enneagram actually valid? Why is everyone freaking out about it? Is the enneagram a new or old thing? I don't like the enneagram because I don't want to be put in a box.
These are the top questions and statements I hear about the lovely Enneagram. Why? Because everyone is SO curious about who they actually are. Even in our curiosity, we don't like to be "typed" or labeled into someone we are not. Or even worse, sometimes we don't want people to actually know about our mistakes and weaknesses. The enneagram has been vital in many individuals personal growth. This tool is a phenomenal tool (out of many) to help us become the person God created us to be. When we understand how we function in the world and that we're actually different, it changes everything.
Callie brought on a TOP expert to teach and discuss the enneagram. Suzanne Stabile is a best selling author twice and is a wizard when it comes to the enneagram. Today Callie has the privdledge of interviewing Suzanne's oldest daughter, Joey Schewee. Joey is an 8 on the enneagram and is married to Billy who is a 9.
In this conversation, Callie and Joey discuss the basics of the enneagram and how it can truly help someone move in the right direction in life. Check out the episode to grow yourself!

Healthy living and wellness in our culture can be overwhelming today. Where do you even start? Is it okay to have dairy, meat and can I eat after 9 PM? Many of us have questions around diets, calories, and what health and wellness truly are. It can be overwhelming to try and live a healthy lifestyle or traditional lifestyle because everyone and their mom have an opinion about what "health" truly is.
In this podcast for women, Callie Ammons brings on Kristin Marr from the Live Simply blog and podcast. Kristin discusses the importance of healthy living and what it is. She breaks down what health is, why it's important and what we'll gain by living a healthy lifestyle. Kristin has a dramatic story as to what happened to her and her family as they explored a more traditional food lifestyle. Our millennial generation and the ones to come are being confused with so many messages around "health." It's time to clarify how to live healthily and how it will benefit your life. It doesn't have to be exhausting, it can be a lifestyle. Listen to today's episode for a healthy (wink wink) health podcast perspective!
