Rick and Tami Schue are the dynamic father-daughter duo behind Altaire Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota. They have built an amazing and unique practice that offers medical aesthetics treatments as well as dermatology, hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and primary care services! We don’t know who needs to hear this, but there is not one set path, specialty, or skillset that guarantees success in our industry.  While there are a lot of dermatologist and plastic surgeons who expand their practices to include medical aesthetics treatments, they are not the only ones who can do it!  Some backgrounds can make it easier to assess conditions and learn treatment technologies, and some specialties can have a built-in base of potential customers, but there are opportunities out there for everyone.

Everyone wants to be the best. Mediocrity and second place are never as good as coming in first. But saying you want to be the best and doing what it takes to get there are two very different things. Welcome to the Making a (Multi) Million Dollar MedSpa Podcast by MINT Aesthetics.
