Closing the Gap Between Unknown & Known
Some people just love the suck. It drives them to endure what most cannot. But the misery and pain that is often associated with BUDS is not merely limited to that of the body. Founder of SEAL Fit and retired Navy SEAL, Mark Divine [@SEALfit], explains that to be successful in some of life’s seemingly insurmountable challenges, mindset is crucial. As is true with athletics, in BUDS and much of SEAL training, physical preparedness is implied. Those that thrive are the ones with the best mental approach and an unshakeable ethos.
How do you cultivate your own? Mark suggests a few tactics. First, to truly serve in sport, combat, or business, you must work towards mastery of your discipline.
