Your job as an online business owner is to make your customers feel comfortable shopping with you. If customers visit your website and don't feel like your website is professional they will not spend their money with you. No one wants to get ripped off from a sketchy online store. This episode is a list of the things your website must include to make your shoppers feel comfortable placing an order, and it includes a few things you are legally obligated to include on your shop site.
