Using subreddit's we discuss a woman who is an anxious attachment style in an anxious avoidant trap with a dismissive avoidant. We also discuss a preoccupied anxious attachment style woman worried about an old FaceBook relationship status. And avoidants discuss what it was like growing up with a dismissive and/or fearful avoidant parent. And if you don't know your attachment style I have a link to an attachment test to help you out and hopefully help out your relationships.

The Bachelor is back! I'm going to go over their bio's and use my attachment style skills to figure out their attachment. Or at least get a start. I'll have to see how they are as the shows go by. But I can at least get some educated guesses on whether they are a secure attachment style, a preoccupied anxious attachment style, a dismissive avoidant attachment style, or a fearful avoidant attachment style, otherwise known as disorganized attachment style. My goal is to help people get betting in dating and relationships using attachment styles. I've use this format to figure out Bachelors from Katie Thurston's episode on TikTok. And now I'm going to do it on my podcast. And I'll throw a little bit of recap in there too. And if you don't know your attachment style here's a link to get you started on that journey.

So if you want to find one you need to pay attention closely. This episode will also show you examples of secure people if you are attempting to become more secure.

One person wants to know if anyone has had success with psychedelics for their insecure attachment style. And fearful avoidant seems to be bored with dating people who don't have a troubled past.
