While the chief puts sunshine on... Hampstead Heath, Paul and Rob take a proper run round it, and assess where they're at after the first, long month of 2022. Featuring how different generations party, parkrun talk, birds, chinooks and how it's going with the books, and how Rob accidentally ruined a little lad's morning.
Once again, thank you so much to our community and supporters. You're beautiful people and we love you.

Paul is now fit enough to return to the moderately hard surface of the Parkland Walk - and Rob is back to being the one that tends to stop along the way - on this cold trot through the wintry woods. Featuring stories of angry strangers, Paul's parkrun and Rob's 10k report, book-related appointments, some great PBs and the welcome return of 'beans'.
Thank you, as ever, to all you lovely people for sharing your running adventures on the socials - and supporting us so generously through the Acast Supporter button.

A happy day as Paul and Rob set off from Rob's house for the first time in a long while - Paul is slowly but surely returning to form. Featuring wonderful Winter conditions, an unexpected moment of extreme Ultra training for Rob, a small but significant milestone on the road to recovery for Paul, shoes both responsibly sourced and illicitly dangled, parkrun report and Race to the Stones planning, some fun other runners, frost, deer, sunshine and a golden morning all round.
Thank you, as always, for your dialogue online and your support through the Acast Supporter button; without you we'd just be chuntering into the void. You're beautiful people and we love you.

Deepest, muddiest January, when the sky is grey and the cupboards are bare - but the running conditions are good and the year is spread out ahead of us. On a turn around Walthamstow Marshes and Springfield Park, Paul and Rob talk pants, sand dunes, sunken boats and scuttled parkruns, hill reps and Ultra planning and preparation.
A huge, special thank you for all your kind messages and donations through the Acast Supporter button over the festive season. You're beautiful people, and we love you. We won't just be able to buy a coffee - we won't just get a bottle or two of red - we'll be able to feed our families AND buy new shoes. So, as Rose and Giovanni might say, thank you - thank you - thank you.

For their first run of the new year, Paul and Rob take a turn round a cold-and-wet Hampstead Heath. Featuring New Year's Eve stories, parkrun report, COVID of course, saying goodbye to Christmas and making plans - and rules - for 2022.
Happy New Year to all of you, and thanks for all your lovely messages and support. On we all go into the future! #RunOn

Rob and Paul take their final trot of 2021 - on soft surfaces, of course. As they negotiate their way round a busy, waterlogged Clissold Park they report on the festivities and look back at the year. Featuring guests’ adventures, marathon memories, and the strange shape of time - plus turkey at Tonkinson towers, excessive eating at Rob’s place, and sprouts at both - enjoyed by neither.
Happy New Year everyone. Here’s to a fun and run-filled 2022. Thanks for all your support this year - we love you; namaste.

A grey-but-lovely December day sees Rob and Paul taking a gentle trot on the soft surfaces of Regents Park. Featuring luddite attitudes to trainers, advanced police disguises, Paul's gig report, Rob's teen adventures - and his blow-by-blow 10k report - and all your brilliant PBs.
Thank you, as ever, for all your support. Here's hoping your running continues unimpeded by injury or pandemic logistics; take care.

Another miraculously distanced episode, but not quite as communal as the London Marathon, as Rob braves the storm to run a classic route from Manchester, and Paul, once again 'on the bench', makes breakfast. Featuring cormorants and a yellow wagtail, another Hove parkrun report, a couple of heartwarming Christmas tales, a look ahead to Rob's 10k, and painful knees.

Paul's slowly but surely returning to form - touch wood - so Rob and he head back to the forest via the Parkland Walk. Featuring Madonna stuck under the bed, lucid dreaming, Rob's birthday cocktail tally, Paul's first-class boozin', some confused insects and friendly strangers, and your PBs.
Thanks to everyone who's supported us through the Acast button - so many 'coffees'; you're wonderful people.
