My friend and colleague, Robert Imbriale, interviewed me recently about what it means to be trapped by a #Hijackal.
We had a great talk as Robert had some fundamental questions, and insightful questions, about being in a relationship with a #narcissist or someone with narcissistic tendencies, and behaviors.
Are you feeling always blamed?
Are your thoughts feelings dismissed?
You may be dealing with a relentlessly difficult, toxic person. I call them "Hijackals®." You can find them in the workplace but they are more likely to be difficult at home where there's a captive audience.
Listen to Dr. Shaler being interview about identifying these people who are not just "having a rough day" - they're difficult, chronically.
