  • RECAP: Rams vs Seahawks - A Tribute to Mr. Paul Allen
It was a rollercoaster of emotions for Seahawks fans in this game watching the Rams get out to the early lead following a Jaron Brown fumble on the first possession. Later in the quarter, Russell Wilson connects with Tyler Lockett on an incredible play to put the Seahawks in the lead despite to early scoring drives by Los Angeles. Then it was back to the lows after Seattle chooses to play conservative and settle for a long field goal on 4th and 1. A miss by Jason Myers is followed by two touchdown scoring drives by the Rams and the two teams spend time trading scores in the second half. After Chris Carson bobbles a fourth down catch in the end zone for the go ahead score, it looks like Seattle had the game in the bag after an incredible interception by Tedric Thompson. Unable to get a first down, they give the ball back to the Rams who drive down and get in position for a game winning 44-yard field goal. Adam Emmert joins Brandan Schulze to talk about the highlights from Seattle Seahawks Thursday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams.

  • Will Dissly becoming an elite NFL tight end, Rams preview, and Week 5 NFL picks
With four touchdowns in the first four games and five end zone targets, Will Dissly is becoming one of Russell Wilson's favorite targets this season along with Tyler Lockett. Chris Carson had his bounce back game against the Cardinals in a 27-10 victory and is also one of Russell's top targets. If Wilson continues to feed Dissly, could he become one of the league's premier tight ends? Anthony provides some of his perspective about the Rams, particularly after the Bucs were able to slow down their top pass rushers in the 55-40 win on Sunday. What does that mean for the Seahawks on Thursday night? Brandan and Anthony preview the Thursday matchup with the Rams and make their picks for the Week 5 set of games.

  • Rams and Seahawks are statistically similar teams heading into Thursday night's matchup
The Los Angeles Rams are coming off a 55-40 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this past weekend and now have to travel up to Seattle on a short week while attempting to fix some of the weaknesses of the team exposed by the Bucs. James Kroeger of the Rams Podcast, talks about how falling behind by three touchdowns really took the threat of play action out of the game early on for Jared Goff and he finished the game with multiple turnovers. As a result, he talks about how Rams fans are dividing on the idea of whether it was smart to pay Goff a large contract ahead of the season. But how much of the issue is with Goff and how much should be attributed to the changes to the offensive line in the offseason? Todd Gurley only carried the football as much as the backup running back last week and, on defense, will Marcus Peters be able to bounce back from a bit hit on his pick six at the end of the game?

  • 3 IN, 3 OUT: Collier's first big play, Carson sets the tone and Green takes down Murray
The Seahawks finish up their first quarter of the season by getting their second straight win on the road. Seattle goes to 2-1 on the season after a 27-10 victory over the Cardinals. Of course, when the Seahawks win, Clinton Bonner starts with an IN on this unique look back on the previous game. The first one goes to L.J. Collier for making his first play on the team where fans really take notice. Everyone talks about Chris Carson and overcoming his ball control issues in this game, but this is 3 IN, 3 OUT, so Clinton focuses on one play in the 4th quarter that set the tone for the Seahawks final drive. Finally, Rasheem Green had an impressive open field tackle to sack Kyler Murray and get the last IN.

  • RECAP: Seahawks vs Cardinals - The Carson Redemption
With all of the talk about Chris Carson taking care of the football after fumbling in each of his first three games, he played like a man who wanted to absolutely erase any doubts about whether he should lose playing time. Carson touched the ball 26 times for 145 yards in this game and was every bit the physical presence we were used to seeing last season. The Seahawks get the 27-10 victory in Arizona and appeared to come out of the stadium healthy, as that has been an issue in past seasons for the team. Russell Wilson took care of the football and added another touchdown pass to Will Dissly this season. C.J. Prosise ran in for a 9-yard score and Jadeveon Clowney intercepted a Kyler Murray pass to David Johnson to help put the Seahawks up by two scores in the first quarter. NorbCam joins Brandan Schulze to talk about the win as the Seahawks go to 3-1 in September and 2-0 on the road to start the season for the first time since 2013.

  • Seahawks roster moves and will Kyler Murray challenge Seattle downfield in Week 4
The Seahawks have been busy this past week with roster moves as Nick Vannett was traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers for a 2020 fifth round draft pick. Rather than bring up Jacob Hollister from the practice squad, Seattle decides to bring back free agent tight end Luke Willson. Adrian Colbert, who was signed to the practice squad was promoted to the active roster and while Gary Jennings looked to be the initial casualty of that move, it ended up being defensive tackle Bryan Mone. Brandan joins Anthony to talk about some of the biggest moments that led to the loss against the Saints and looks ahead to the matchup with Kyler Murray who had a dismal YPA in last week's game against the Panthers. Will they change up how they've been operating early on this season and start to challenge teams downfield as part of their Week 4 matchup with the Seahawks?

  • 3 IN, 3 OUT: Metcalf needs targets, Flowers needs help, and the need to pick up one yard at home
The Seahawks take their first loss of the season falling to the Saints 33-27, and when the Seahawks lose we get straight to what went wrong for Seattle. There seemed to be some key moments in this game where D.K. Metcalf wasn't on the field. Whether or not it was trying to get Brown, Moore or Turner more involved, outside of one big play to Moore, the trio seemed like more of a liability against New Orleans. Did Flowers have a tough draw on his matchup with Michael Thomas or is he regressing based on what we expected him to build on from last year. After three weeks, that's looking like a question we'll be asking moving forward. Finally, Seattle had multiple fourth and short calls in this game, and Clinton gives the out to the one call that bothered him the most in this game.

  • TRADE: The Seahawks add another 2020 pick, and was Chris Carson’s week 3 bench worthy
The Seahawks sent tight end Nick Vannett to the Pittsburgh Steelers late on Tuesday for a 5th round pick in the 2020 draft. Field Gulls contributor Mookie Alexander joins the podcast to react to the trade and talk about his latest article about why he feels the Seahawks can justifiably bench Chris Carson after his latest performance against the Saints. It doesn't just have to do with his problems hanging onto the football, but he has been relatively ineffective through the first three games. During the show, the news broke that Luke Willson is expected to return to the Seahawks, so not only does Seattle add to their 2020 draft, but they pick up a player who understands their offense and understands the importance of Techno Thursdays.

  • RECAP: Seahawks vs Saints and Chris Carson's slips, stops and fumbles
The Seahawks fall to 2-1 on the season and ruing a perfect September home record by Pete Carroll with a 33-27 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Ross Bell joins Brandan Schulze to talk about all of the frustrating moments from the game that led to a 27-7 deficit before the Seahawks finally mounted their fourth quarter comeback. Russell Wilson put up big yards through the air, but many of those yards didn't result in points. Seattle's usual bend-but-don't-break brand of defense did lots of breaking this week, and some key penalties led to Saints touchdowns. They also allowed the Saints to score in all three phases of the game, due in part to a rough game by Chris Carson.

  • Seahawks vs Saints preview: Will Sean Payton employ a 2 QB system against Seattle
The Seattle Seahawks look to continue their 15-0 home record in September under Pete Carroll as the New Orleans Saints come to town for the first time since the Seahawks 23-15 victory in the postseason before facing the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game.  This will be the first matchup between the two teams since 2004 without Drew Brees under center for the Saints. Ross Jackson from All Saints Considered and the Locked on Saints podcast joins the show to talk about what Sean Payton has up his sleeve for Sunday's matchup. Also, through the first two games, the New Orleans defensive front has been impressive and that could help the Saints to keep Russell Wilson in check.
