On the release of this episode, it didn’t feel right to ignore or fail to address the tragic, heartbreaking developments in Ukraine.
Depending on our schedules, we often pre-record our episodes before they goes live and for this reason, we haven’t acknowledged the devastating events that are currently unfolding in this upcoming episode.
While we’re still not entirely sure what we can do to help in even the smallest way, we are currently speaking with trusts and charities on how best to bring more light to the situation and share with you. Unfortunately, time isn’t always on our side and we haven’t been able to make this happen as quickly as we would have hoped.
We’re sending love out to everyone and hope that we can help direct you to channels that share the facts on the situation and also what we as individuals can do to help.

Happy Valentine's Day! Dating Educator @LalalaLetMeExplain joins the girls this week to share some priceless pearls of wisdom. She explains how to spot the pink and red flags in relationships, and why women should never settle for second best. Later, Is It Just Me? gets scatological as Em and Alex learn a little too much about the term “cup-caking”.

It’s a biggie this week! Em and Alex chat to none other than Jameela Jamil about the portrayal of women in the media. Jameela recounts her own experiences of being demonised online, and reflects on the ways that women have been taught to tear each other down. She talks about her attempts to buck this trend, and her mission to make I Weigh a non-judgmental space in which people can learn and grow. On top of all this, Em shares the difficulties of wedding-planning as a feminist, and Alex confesses to a Candy Crush addiction...

In this episode of ‘Should I Delete That?’ Em and Alex talk to the lovely Holly Hagan about her drastic shift in perspective when it comes to diet culture. Holly recalls the early abuse she received from trolls and the media, who put pressure on her to change her appearance but then judged her when she did so. She chats about the importance of having the space to make mistakes online and learn from them. The girls also get candid about marriage, contraception mishaps and even peeing in the shower!
