How To Say No, and love it.
Planning ahead of time is the greatest honor you can give yourself.
But it's not just in the Action of what you will do or not. It's the Emotion and the Thought that create your success and drives your intention into fruition.
When you think about doing something, you think about HOW YOU WILL FEEL based on past evidence.
Our brains jump into fight or flight mode before the actual event has even take place.
We create a hypothetical situation that effects the body and creates emotions, even before it happens.
Think about the anticipation of a drink: it is even more satisfying than the drink itself.
OR that NOT drinking will be the worst thing ever.
These thoughts are so powerful you can FEEL IT now.
If these thoughts, before the event, are actually producing an emotion and sensations in the body,
why not think the thoughts that produce the emotion for SUCCESS?!?
