She teaches Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy nationally and internationally. Her most recent book is Internal Family Systems Therapy for Shame and Guilt. She has also co-authored five other books on IFS, co-edited two books on various applications of IFS, and published two peer-reviewed articles on IFS.
