Ormeau Park (Belfast) played host to the annual Seeley Cup and the stories from this year's edition will continue to be told for years to come! A huge run by Hannah Gilliland (Annadale Striders) was the story of the day and we get chatting to both Hannah and the men's winner, Paul Pollock (Kent AC). We go deep on how the race played out and how cold it really was out there! A few other results are discussed such as the Malcolm Cup and we are joined by North Belfast Harrier Conal McCambridge for a full recap of his Valencia Marathon experience. Conal shares plenty of insights about training and racing the marathon - we can't wait to see what is next! Thanks for tuning in, don't forget to give us a rating on your preferred streaming platform. Hooroo!

Did someone say Bonus Episode?! We could not wait to drop these two interviews that we recorded with North Belfast Harrier Matthew Lavery and Willowfield Temperance Harrier Neill Weir.
Matthew recently qualified for the European Cross Country in Brussels and we thought it would be a great opportunity to hear from him how on how he is going prior to the race! Matthew has some stellar performances to his name and we can't wait to see how he gets on in Belgium!
Neill Weir, on the other end of the spectrum, rode his bicycle from Belfast to Berlin and then ran a 2:43 marathon! We know this doesn't sound believable so you'll just have to listen in to hear how he did it! Thanks for listening and we will catch you all next week for Episode 7.
Matthew's run in the muck!

It's our fifth episode so what better way to celebrate than with friends! It was our great pleasure to chat to Roadrunners A.C athletes Caitlyn Harvey and Noel McNally. Caitlyn is fresh off her marathon debut of 2:45 in Dublin and Noel reflects on starting the Roadrunners Athletics Club that has now seen over 40 people complete the 26.2 mile distance! Dan also gives us a monologue of his race down in Dublin and we hear about his current favourite runner in Northern Ireland! Results come hot off the press from the McConnell Shield and Novice cross-country races and we briefly visit New York for the winners there. Another great episode and thanks for listening!
