Have you ever considered the "WHY" behind your relationship with food? 🍴How does your lifestyle accomodate or take away from this purpose? And have you ever thought about a contingency plan when dieting?
Today I chat with the lovely Leah Itsines, a self-taught Aussie cook with a mission to help men, women and children all over the world change their view on food and health. Leah shares how BARE has steered away from traditional calorie counting, and uses more holistic forms of measuring progress. We also chat about why when dieting, you need to think of what you can ADD to your diet, rather than what you can take away - a concept not many of us would've considered, especially when it comes to weight loss. She also shares with us her thoughts on daily habits & rituals, and you will be pleasantly surprised at her responses (it isn't your usual morning routine).
Tune in to this episode for a sneaky discount on all BARE programs. Leah is a #1 best selling author and has two online food programs that are changing women’s lives all over the world! You can connect with Leah more on IG @leahitsines or her website www.leahitsines.com.au.

Are you currently holding onto a grudge or something that you actually really want to let go? What keeps us stuck when we want to move on? Most important, how can we let go? 🤔
Today we are going to dive into these questions, talk about how you can pinpoint the source of your grudge, understand what’s actually going on with it, get to a state of forgiveness and move on once and for all from what can often feel like a ball & chain situation. There are two keys I share which are fundamental to understanding the blockages, and then unlocking them - which is KEY to maintaining our state of Balance.
After listening to this episode, you will only be ACTIVLEY choosing to maintain a grudge as you will have the answers of how to truly free yourself.

Today I chat with Tommy, co-founder of La Cure and wellness enthusiast. We start diving deep into Tommy's moment of truth - where he was forced away from a career he thought he would pursue, followed by an accident which landed him in jail, to a completely revised outlook on life and purpose. This time gave him the opportunity to do the inner work and develop habits that still help him in tough moments today.
We also deliberate over why men's mental health is less spoken about, the benefits of cold exposure (especially if you're someone who hates the cold), meditation and all things recovery. Infrared or traditional sauna? When to do cold exposure? What's a float and why should you do it? This and more answered from the recovery man himself.
