EP. 173: I’ve been asked many times about my thoughts on bioidentical hormone replacement. While I've covered this extensively in past podcasts, I wanted to share why I’ve been on bioidentical hormones since my 30s and provide some key insights I’ve shared with my patients. There’s a lot of confusion out there, and I want to help you make an informed decision. The bottom line, the data shows that the sooner you start, pending actual NEED, the better. The data shows that hormone replacement therapy is best as a preventative, not a cure-all to clean up the mess later.
