Dr Jeffrey Rediger is an instructor in psychiatry from Harvard Medical School who has spent nearly twenty years investigating the science of spontaneous remission aka 'miracle healings'. There's no snake oil or false hope here, just scientific investigation into those instances where people have been given a terminal diagnosis and are then healed. The story of his work is charted in his book Cured.

Dr Shelby Harris (@sleepdocshelby) returns to the podcast for a special episode about managing sleep in a time of crisis. This episode is going live at a time when many people are self-isolating and social distancing, are likely working from home and also may be home-schooling children. It's a time of huge change, uncertainty and disruption. Routine is crucial to sleep and a sudden change in routine, as we are experiencing now, can impact hugely on our ability to sleep, our quality of sleep and our quantity of sleep.
