I first met Esti at Bisnow’s Ascent conference in Miami where I was able to watch her work the room like no other. She has a very interesting background starting as a speech pathologist for 10 years until she realized with a family she needed to pivot. She wasn’t feeling fulfilled, so she landed on real estate a “random” choice that allowed her to embrace her extrovert nature.  She knew no one getting started. She couldn’t even point to anyone who inspired her to get into the business.  But she prides on herself on a being a great student and always learning.  She started a residential broker and has now shifted into investing and capital raising.  

Esther Reizes-Lowenbein has redefined the face of real estate by offering professional and on-demand service. Esther services the commercial real estate market, as a realtor, investor and syndicator. She has successfully closed over 300 million dollars in commercial transactions thus far. She is recognized as a “serial net-worker” and has a knack at connecting buyers, sellers and investors.

Esther holds a master’s degree from Adelphi University. She is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. She takes great pride in her wonderful children. Additionally, Esther, together with her husband are extremely active in their community and run a non-for profit, providing relief for underprivileged individuals.

In just 8 months, Esther has successfully raised over 30 million dollars from coGP and JV investors.
