In this episode, meet Brent Bowers, Coach from The Landsharks. We have asked him to share with us how and why he transitioned from wholesaling to land flipping and how he became a land coach.

Brent started and bought his first rental property on 2007 as soon as he got his real estate license. After getting kicked in the teeth for a couple of years, he took a little break from real estate and joined the military. After serving in 2013, he started buying houses and wholesaling and then hit on the holy grail of land investing. He did the exact opposite of the herd mentality that resulted in more financial freedom for him, got out of the military, and lived life on his terms.

We welcome back Peter Nukasani from Once Upon A Brick. We all knew him from the previous episode (1300 Deals with No Mail Sent Episode #63). As he shared how he got started at the early age of 24, he also shared with us how he didn't really do any push on marketing to acquire land.

Here in this episode, Pete will get into the specifics of how he exactly builds relationships to acquire land in bulk. How this has allowed him to scale and what it's like to work with other land investors and the challenges.
