(Big fan of despair, loves it). We get into why it's so important, what it looks like, and how TF we do it.
PS! There's a vulnerable moment in this epi that I almost cut out, but I decided to keep it because I think it can be easy to interpret resilience as not being impacted by trauma anymore or being "over it." I hope this feels validating for those who still experience grief, and that it reminds you that you ARE resilient, even when the pain resurges.
