About Stefanos Sifandos

With over 20 years of direct experience in the personal transformation space, Stefanos understands peak human potential. 

He is a trained educator and somatic, trauma-informed relationship expert with a background in behavioral science and philosophy. Stefanos is passionate about leading people closer to their highest potential and to each other with a philosophy that merges the best of Eastern and Western methodologies to promote spiritual balance and empower people in life and love. 

From trauma release to navigating the, at times, murky waters of modern masculinity to helping women understand the men in their lives. He helps people escape negative and limiting past patterns and cultivate a positive sense of self. 

Stefanos has also cofounded a world-class coaching and education institute, a wellness community leveraging emerging technology and unifying ancient wisdom and intelligence with Web3 innovations and the global men’s empowerment movement.

Stefanos has also been involved in multiple 8 and 9-figure startups and worked with thousands of men and women from all walks of life; special forces soldiers, professional sporting clubs, Olympic gold medalists, elite fighters, and everyday people relying on him to restructure and reframe their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.
