In this episode of the Shane Walsh Podcast I chat with Shaun Stafford.
Growing up in a military family, health and fitness has always been a big part of Shauns life. At school he played top level sport and carried this on through university where I participated in 5 winning Varsity Matches for Oxford University in Rugby and Track & Field.
But his real love of fitness started when he discovered the weights room. Within 18 months of his first show he became British, European and Pro World Champion in Men's Physique with The WBFF, going on to compete as a Professional Physique Athlete for over 5 years.
This success as an athlete allowed Shaun to work with and coach 100's of people out of his own central London facility, City Athletic.
