What if the problem you keep working around is the reason your income keeps flatlining?
In this walk-and-talk episode, Dielle Charon makes the case for choosing the one biggest problem in your business and fixing it before the year ends. She shares the realization that her business kept repeating million-dollar years because she wasn't changing her decisions or actions. The biggest problem in her business stayed the biggest problem. She also explains why the last four months of the year count: her biggest launch ever, $60K, happened in early December, and she went viral for the first time on Thanksgiving Day.
Dielle walks through three reasons to attack your biggest problem now. Problems that linger keep your income stuck. The longer you avoid something, the more you build an identity around failing at it. And even if you don't fully solve it, you'll go into next year with real data instead of guesses. She shares the questions she uses to pick the right problem, including: what do you want to be able to say by the end of the year, what's the "bowling ball" that would knock down five other problems, and what have you been avoiding (like the coaching program you bought and never showed up to)?
Then she lays out her own plan to have her membership cover all her business expenses by the end of the year. It has five parts: 10 big sales activities, time blocked on your calendar, coaching on only this one problem, energetic work to visualize it solved, and mindset work you bring to your coach. She also shares where her ads and funnels stand now: nine membership sales from two weekly webinars, cost per lead under $10, and ads officially breaking even. If you've been telling yourself "that just doesn't work for me," this episode is your sign to stop worrying and start working.

What happens when the thing you've been avoiding becomes the thing that changes your entire business?
In this episode, Dielle Charon sits down with money coach Annie Pietra to talk about how Annie went from being terrified of social media to going viral, growing to nearly 47,000 Instagram followers, and building a coaching business on track for six figures—all within a matter of months. Annie shares why she avoided building her own business for years, the boundaries that finally made social media feel safe, and what happened when one of the reels she almost didn't post reached more than 700,000 views.
But going viral was only part of the story. Annie had already spent months building her niche, offer, backend systems, and sales skills before the attention came. When applications started pouring in, she was ready—and went on to close seven sales calls in a row.
Dielle and Annie also talk about navigating the adrenaline of sudden visibility, protecting your privacy online, creating a mission bigger than your fear, building a life that supports your business, and staying grounded when growth happens faster than you expected. If fear of social media, visibility, or making the wrong decision has been keeping you from starting, this conversation is proof of what can happen when you decide, prepare, and take the next right action.
Annie Pietra turns millennial women into Rich Aunties - but she didn't start out that way. For years, she had panic attacks over money - in the grocery store, in the classroom while teaching, during her wedding prep - because she didn't know if she'd ever be able to afford to stop working AND have enough to live an impactful life. After a family crisis brought her to a breaking point, Annie finally worked with a financial coach. Her life and money changed within weeks, and she immediately began setting up her sisters, best friends, and the other women around her to be able to build and manage their own wealth too. Five years later - now as the Rich Aunt and a full-time wealth coach - her mission is that every woman be able to confidently manage her own portfolio so she can use it as a tool to build a beautiful life for herself, her community, and the people she loves. Annie lives in one house with her husband, her daughters, her best friends, and their kids. She goes by "Tía" to her nieces and nephews, who fill her life with so much joy (and noise) that you can usually find her writing and recording between 11pm and 4am, when the house is finally quiet.

What if the reason people aren't buying from you isn't your content or your sales strategy—but that your niche doesn't feel valuable enough to pay for?
In the final episode of the Million Dollar Niche series, Dielle Charon introduces her Advanced Skill Test, a five-part framework for determining whether your niche is strong enough to support premium and high-ticket offers. She explains why your ideal client needs to believe she can't solve the problem herself, why you should sell a result instead of a task, and why inspirational "you can do it" content isn't enough to position you as an expert.
Dielle also breaks down why your niche should solve an outcome people are already searching for and be sophisticated enough to support clients beyond one quick transformation. From leadership and nervous system coaching to bookkeeping and financial coaching, she shares examples of how to turn a vague or difficult-to-sell specialty into an advanced skill people understand, want, and are willing to pay for.
If you're questioning whether your niche can support a premium offer—or you're creating content but struggling to turn that attention into buyers—use these five tests to audit your niche before changing everything else in your sales process.

What if the coaching work you're most passionate about isn't actually the thing your ideal clients are ready to pay for?
In this episode of the Million Dollar Niche series, Dielle Charon tackles one of the biggest niche mistakes she sees: building your niche around burnout, self-care, time management, confidence, identity, self-worth, or another feeling. She explains why these niches can be difficult to sell, why feelings aren't a clear result you can permanently promise, and why she believes the strongest niches are anchored in health, wealth, or relationships.
But Dielle isn't telling you to abandon the deeper work you care about. Instead, she shows you how burnout, capacity, self-worth, and emotional healing can become part of the way you help someone achieve a tangible result they're already searching for. She also breaks down why fear of responsibility and lack of experience can cause coaches to water down their promises—and how to start smaller without giving up the niche you ultimately want to build.
If you've been posting consistently but nobody is reaching out, or you've been afraid to promise a specific result because you can't control every outcome, this episode will help you rethink what you're selling, identify the expertise you already have, and stop throwing away a potential million-dollar niche because of fear.

What if choosing a niche doesn't mean giving up your creativity, your passions, or all the other parts of who you are?
In this episode of the Million Dollar Niche series, Dielle Charon breaks down how to niche down when you're multi-passionate. As a self-described "wild creative," Dielle shares how she's built a business with live events, memberships, workshops, podcasts, social media, and more—all while maintaining a clear niche that has helped her generate millions of dollars.
She explains why boredom is a creativity problem, not a niche problem, and why your passions don't have to become your specialties. Dielle also challenges the popular "you are the niche" advice, revealing how many creators who claim they don't have a niche still have highly specific offers, content pillars, and audiences. You'll learn how to stay wildly creative without creating volatility in your income—and the four elements Dielle believes every high-converting niche needs.
If you've been afraid that niching down will box you in, make you bored, or force you to leave parts of yourself behind, this episode will help you see that you can be multi-passionate and build a clear, profitable business.

What if choosing a niche isn't limiting your freedom—but actually the thing that could help you make more money?
In this episode, Dielle Charon kicks off her Million Dollar Niche series by sharing how niching down took her from making $10K as a life and career coach to $40K as a side hustle coach, $300K as a general business coach, and eventually millions of dollars as a sales coach for women of color. She breaks down why a niche is simply a specialty—not a cage or an identity—and why getting more specific helped her grow her audience, get clients better results, and make more sales.
Dielle also gets into the deeper reason so many entrepreneurs resist choosing a niche: making a decision can feel like giving up the freedom you became an entrepreneur to have. She shares why your resistance to niching may have nothing to do with your business, why constantly changing what you sell can create uncertainty for buyers, and how becoming a more decisive business owner can help you finally move forward.
This is Part 1 of the Million Dollar Niche series. If you've been stuck between multiple niches, afraid you'll choose the wrong one, or wondering whether you even need a niche anymore, start here.

What if the nervous system practices you've been taught weren't actually created with women of color—and our lived experiences—in mind?
In this episode, Dielle Charon sits down with somatics practitioner Brenda Lomeli for a conversation about decolonizing somatics and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body. Brenda explains what somatics actually means, why nervous system work can look different for people from marginalized identities, and how many popular healing practices have been removed from the cultural and ancestral contexts they originated from.
They also explore what this means for entrepreneurship: how to support your body while still selling, showing up, making money, and taking action toward your goals. From building safety without shutting down your business to using your body's wisdom as a coach, this conversation offers a different way to think about nervous system healing—one rooted in relationship, context, ancestral resilience, and collective liberation.
