Ever been told you're too emotional?
Emotions are a fundamental component of being human! They are the first thing we learn to communicate, with a tears and screams as infants. They are vital to our survival, growth and connection.
I am so SICK of hearing people being asked to shut down emotions and be "logical", instead of using BOTH to guide decisions and behaviours.
We live in a world of repressed emotions and disassociation and I'm here to say STOP!
This episode explores why we need to tune into emotions in relationships and how to share what's REALLY going on from the heart.
Yes, it may be hard, and the real things often are, aren't they? Time to get emotional?

"How?" The question that stumps many of us when it comes to getting what we want!
Savannah is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach who works with people on their habits. She helps them identify their underlining motives for why they want to change and then sets them on a path to exploring, very specifically, how they can achieve that.
This discussion makes it all seem so much more clear and simple!
Savannah zooms in on what she calls "micro" stressors rather than trying to deal with the "major" stressors in life. By adjusting the habits that eliminate the minor stressors, she helps clients make changes in their life around health and wellness.
It's not just health and wellness that can impact from these types of changes; what I know about behaviour patterns is that what works in one area of like can often be mapped across and used in another area of life.
Enjoy this discussion on how adjusting some small day to day habits may be more of a game changer than you've yet realised; how your "why" matters in achieving what you want; and how admitting you actually have way more control of the circumstances in your life than you may have seen gives your freedom!

Who is YOUR daddy? If not you, why not? Now, let's not get weird about this, let's get real!
We get to be our own daddy, because if we don't, we are going to end up in polarising relationships that keep us separate instead of connected, attracted to guys we force into always play the "Daddy" role for us! And who wants that?
If you allow yourself to take full responsibility to be in your "masculine" AND your "feminine" energy you have the full range of expression available to you. You get to be and do; you get to play and work; to rest and hustle; be strong and soft; intuitive and logical; chaotic and ordered.
This episode calls you to be able to contain your own chaos, empower and hold the frame for yourself, be regulated and stable so that "he" has the opportunity to be all of him too.
Yup, I think it's time we ALL learn be our own daddy, don't you?

Are you done being a "nice girl" yet? Perhaps you will be once you see how SELFISH it actually is!
It's selfish because it's self protective in a way that causes you to abandon your true self to EARN love! But it's not real love is it? Because it's not really YOU being loved, is it?
Nice girls wear a mask, one that creates a false and manipulated version of you, one that you think will earn you love.
This episode shares some examples from the past that had me show up as a "nice girl" AND some recent examples of me being the loving woman I am now instead.
Let's look at how being "nice" actually hurts instead of helps!
Enjoy this episode and share it with a "nice girl" who may need the nudge!
Ready to leave this the "nice girl" identify behind, make your unconscious behaviours conscious, expose the beliefs you've been holding that have you act that way and change both the beliefs and the behaviours, so you can be deeply loving instead of "nice"?

Tell me, what do you want? If you know, you should be able to get it, right? Then how come so many of us don't yet have what we want?
Let's look deeper!
In love, in relationships, in life, when I ask what you want, I am ALSO asking what do you UNconsciously want?
THIS is what is creating a reality you're currently living. If it's different to what you consciously say you want, we have a problem, ya?
Ouph! That's a fun exploration!
Because our past doesn't have to create our future, if we can uncover what we are unconsciously feeling, believing and doing that is preventing us from having what we consciously want.
Diving deeper into the unconscious mind, looking at your existential kinks and your secondary gain in staying the same way.
I wonder, do you REALLY know what you want?
Want help discovering what you UNCONSCIOUSLY have been wanting?
