BONUS: Why Midlife Women are Getting Sober
I'm starting this year off with SHEDDING my untruths and BLOCKS, and I want to encourage you to do the same.
Let's SHED some of the BELIEFS of why women drink. We will flip the script as to why women are removing alcohol from their lives in the middle.
Ask yourself where you want to be in a year from now and how you want to feel. Is alcohol holding you back from living your very best (better) life?
You don't have to stick with yesteryear's old stories and beliefs; you CAN get beyond the bottle and start anew.
If you are a woman over 40 who is tired of running in circles around life by over-drinking and feeling hungover and regretful, I invite you to join my group coaching program, ELEVATE.
ELEVATE will teach you how to build new life skills that help you feel better without alcohol.
Updated 3/3/22 Elevate is now closed for enrollment.
