Why is it that you know how to solve so many problems, but every Monday you’re facing down the same old personal challenges with stress, or overwhelm, overeating, and the scale? It’s not just you. In what’s probably a familiar refrain from me, I’m here to tell you that one part of the problem is that you’ve been given a puzzle that’s missing some pieces.
