Have you ever put things off (for whatever reason)?
Recently, I managed to do a few tiny things that I wanted to do, even when it felt a bit daunting:(
But being able to do so has taught me a precious lesson. It also made me feel good about myself.
Here's my story.
Enjoy
I've been practising mindfulness for a couple of months and it has significantly improved my life.
So today I want to share three mindfulness tips with you.
Enjoy;)
This is by far my longest podcast lol
Consider this my nerdy confession of my love for reading.

Recently, a book I stumbled into got me thinking about the toxic view on productivity that I used to hold (and that I still fall back on from time to time).
Luckily, a wonderful chat over pasta inspired me to fight it by slowing it down.
Here's my action plan;)
Are we manipulating tech or is it the other way round?
My recent reading has got me thinking about where to draw the line when it comes to humans and their devices, and technologies. Hear me out;)
If you love listening to podcast but don't know what the great options are out there,
this would be the perfect episode for you;)

btw, I've been trying to read more recently.
So my next episode might even be a book review Xxx.
Take care Xxxx
04:09 self-efficacy:

This episode is inspired by some wonderful ladies out there.

Whatever you're going through, you've got this.

In this episode, I reflect on procrastination — not as a personal failing, but as a signal that something else might be going on beneath the surface. From feeling overwhelmed, to wanting to do things properly, to sheer exhaustion and everyday distractions, I talk through some of the reasons we put things off, what’s helped me deal with it, and whether procrastination is always as bad as we’re told it is.
有时候,是任务本身就让人压力山大;
或者,是我们太想把事情做到完美;
甚至,身体早就已经累到不行,真的干不动;
