He goes out of his way to provide training to ALL athletes, and the results are impressive. Prior to taking over the Head Coaching job Kirschner worked as an assistant with Husky football as the special team’s coordinator. He has coached offensive line, defensive line and linebackers. Coach Garner is the Strength and Conditioning coordinator at Cleburne High School. Prior to that he was the Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Strength and Conditioning at Southwest Florida Christian Academy (SFCA). He was also the assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach of Clubs Sports at Liberty University. He has spent his career coaching between the high school and collegiate levels, working with a variety of sports. He started Garner Performance and has a podcast Victory Over Self Radio. Coach Garner is CSCS certified and a member of the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA).

Coach Bryant has worked all over the United States, following his passion to help people become the strongest versions of themselves. He became the youngest person to bench press 600 lbs. raw, won the Strongest Man in America in 2005 and totaled 2294 at the USPF Mountaineer Cup. Bryant started training clients at the world-famous Metroflex Gym
 in Arlington, TX. These clients ranged from Olympia bodybuilders, world-renowned strength athletes and more traditional athletes, like D1 football players and professional baseball players. Coach Bryant has built a very successful online coaching program and has authored over a dozen Amazon best-selling books on strength and fitness. Since then, he has further transitioned into creating personal training certification courses for ISSA and hosting seminars on strength and mindset worldwide.

 Coach Vogel is the Dept Chair/ PE Teacher /S&C at Homewood Flossmoor High School prior to his move he  served as a Physical Education teacher, PE/CTE Division Chair, Head Strength Coach, and Assistant Football Coach at Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School in Illinois. He has been featured in Simplifaster and is a contributor to the TFC, presenting recently in Chicago. He is a former collegiate football player and has a B.S. in Psychology and a master’s degree in teaching. Coach Vogel holds UASW-1 and NASM-Youth Exercise Specialist  certifications and is the Illinois State Director for the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA).

 Brandon Byrd is the owner of Byrd’s Sports Performance.  Brandon attended the University of Pittsburgh where he worked closely with Buddy Morris and eventually worked with Charlie Francis and Louie Simmons. Coach Byrd runs a true conjugate system that has helped build some elite athletes. Rotating exercises and giving his athletes the ability to constantly P.R. has created a training environment with some of the highest verticals and fastest times in the country. Mark Ellis is the Director of Olympic Sport Performance at Northwestern University. He works with Field Hockey, Wrestling and Men’s Tennis. Prior to making the move to Northwestern he was the  Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Princeton University where he oversaw the Tigers’ men’s lacrosse, men’s soccer, men’s swimming, men’s and women’s diving, and women’s tennis programs. Ellis was also an assistant athletic performance coach at Stony Brook University. He began his coaching career as volunteer strength coach at Hofstra University. Coach Ellis has a Master’s Degree from Hofstra in Sports Science. While he is known for his success in lacrosse he has quickly shown his ability to help all sports reach a high level of success.
