This week on the Free Your Energy Podcast I wanted to dive deep into pain and more importantly how to walk away from pain. One of the worst feelings in the world is feeling like you have to stay around toxic people and I don't believe we should. We should leave environments and spaces that cause us harm. Maybe I am crazy, but I believe that we have a choice, and with that choice, we can choose to have a good time in life. Am I crazy for that idea?

Walking away from abuse, walking away from a toxic relationship, and learning how to break up with toxic family members is crucial towards building a happy life. We don't talk about how to stop anxiety, how to stop depression or how to stop overthinking in school (unless you're studying psychology in college.

It blew my mind when I was in my 200 hundred level psychology class and we start really learning about the human brain. I remember asking myself, "Why didn't we learn about pain and how to get over it in high school? I could have used it for sure."

In this video, I talk about how I left the house at 17 so I could just be free. I felt hopeless. I felt abandoned. I give you tips on how I got through depression and walked away from the pain.
