Ari is a Women’s circle facilitator and healing practitioner from Perth WA. She is a mother of 3, an autism mama and her passion is empowering women by inspiring them to realise their innate wisdom. Ari has struggled with disordered eating, anxiety and depression for 20 years and has recently completed the Food Freedom 12-week program with Steph.
