HOOK: Amy wakes up with a pit in her stomach, oh no not again, why do I feel anxious I just woke up! She grabs her phone to try to distract herself. She scrolls on TikTok until she feels better then realizes she is running late for work. She rushes out of bed heart beating, why can't I ever just be on time? It's going to be so awkward going in late again.
She grabs a banana and coffee on the go - she's driving and there is an accident and she starts stressing. No, no, no not today I have a meeting, why would anyone put a meeting at 9am, they are trying to sabotage me. I can't do anything right. Whilst she is thinking this and trying to have her coffee, the cars suddenly stop and she hits the car in front of her.

This episode is going uncover:
@What anxiety actually is and if you have it
