Cerina lost her husband Tyler to what she thought was a heroin overdose, but later found out the only drug found in his system was fentanyl. Tyler did not know he took fentanyl, and unfortunately, this is not an uncommon story in the US, and has taken the lives of many unknowing victims for years, especially from 2015 forward.
