The moment you discover what ignites your spirit is when your true journey begins. In this episode, I’ve had the privilege to sit down and have a conversation with Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author-entrepreneur of the global phenomenon, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” He shared so many valuable lessons, and something that deeply resonated with me is when he said, “There is something inside every one of us that passion fires off. And when you find that, that’s when your spirit comes alive.” His mentor Buckminster Fuller posed the question that transformed his perspective from self-focus to purpose-focus: “What does God want done?” The wisdom here isn’t about finding work you enjoy, it's about standing at the edge of a coin and seeing both sides rather than taking one position. What area in your life feels like “crystal in your head?” — This is your spirit telling you something important. Listen closely.

How do we rebuild ourselves after a profound loss? When tragedy shatters our world, what emerges from the fragments? In this episode, I had an extraordinary conversation with Valarie Budayr, whose journey through grief offers powerful wisdom for anyone navigating life’s darkest passages. Sound and breath work have played important roles in her healing journey, and through “Mongata,” she’s been able to serve others by sharing the wisdom she has gained from her journey. Does your brilliant mind sometimes hold you back from reaching your full potential? In this episode with Marcus Barney (a.k.a. Him 500), we journey into the fascinating landscape of a “Ferrari Brain” — a mind that processes at lightning speed, creates intricate systems, and sees opportunities where others don’t; yet, this same gift can become our greatest obstacle when we don’t understand how to harness its power. Marcus also shares his transformative approach to success through embracing failure as a sacred teacher rather than something to avoid. “Being able to tell somebody what works is just as important as being able to tell what doesn’t,” inviting us to see each setback as a precious data point guiding us toward greater wisdom. What would change if you began seeing your perceived limitations as doorways to your most authentic success?

How often do we grip tightly to outcomes, attaching our happiness to specific results? In this episode, Grant Mitterlehner (a.k.a. Grant Mitt) shared the transformative wisdom on the power of detachment. True detachment isn’t about not caring. It’s about releasing the rigid attachment to having things unfold in only one way. What I found most touching was Grant’s perspective on family influence. His parents instilled in him unwavering positivity and self-belief. While many parents project their fears onto children, his encouraged possibilities. This conversation reminded me that adversity isn’t punishment — it’s preparation. When moving from point A to B, our weaknesses and insecurities will be exposed, pulling us toward growth.

Is your success quietly killing you? In this episode, Kate Byars, founder of The Good Life Institute, reveals why today’s definition of success is literally designed to burn you out — and how you can break free from this exhausting cycle. She shares powerful insights on how we’ve been conditioned since childhood to prioritize work over well-being, leading countless high-achievers down a path of burnout and dissatisfaction.
