The lights are on, but you're not home. Your mind is not your own. Your heart sweats, your body shakes. Another kiss is what it takes..... You know you're gonna have to face it your ADDICTED TO LOVE - Robert Palmer, Addicted to Love
Can we really consider love to be something that you can be addicted to? I sure think so. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe so, ya! You can easily get hooked on the stuff in an effort to get your fix for trauma or fear based deficiencies. Many of us seek out love to gain approval, validation, a sense of worthiness, acceptance, and to believe that we matter. Yet, is this true? Can a loving partner determine our worth and value? No. A healthy relationship can enhance our life, however, any relationship healthy, toxic, or otherwise can never truly change how you feel about yourself in the long run. So then why do so many of us have such a hard time letting go of dead end, abusive, unhealthy connections? It's that drug effect, baby! The dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin. To feel that sense of ease and relief when someone gives us affection after they've taken it away. The chase for the highs after suffering the lows. Around and around we go! And is it ever hard to get off of that toxic relationship ride once you've gotten on.
On this identify and heal solo episode I offer my take on love addiction: what it looks like, how it develops, and why it's imperative to kick the habit for good if we want to truly experience a codependent-free, loving, Divine soul partnership.

Not everyone is into with the more esoteric concepts and ideas about life, reality, and our Soul's voyage through the Cosmos. Well, let me tell you, I sure am! Which is why I was stoked to connect with the cosmic, Jenny Zakrzewski. Jenny is a Spiritual Teacher, Psychic Mentor, and Business Coach. She founded Starseed Academy in 2019 with the Starseed Academy YouTube channel, where she guides Souls through their Awakening. She is very attuned to the understanding of our Soul's gifts & activation, the Soul's evolution, & the language of the Clairs. She understands that beyond our views of life & reality lye deeper truths and knowings, the grasping of which can transform how we as Humanity see ourselves and live our lives.
On this guest episode I have an absolute blast getting into some of my favorite subject matters, Starseeds and psychic abilities! The notion of Starseeds first came into my life by "coincidence" years ago with guidance & encouragement to learn about Pleiadians and Arcturians. I then unsurprisingly began to meet several people, like Jenny, who also felt aligned with belonging to the Starseed community. Jenny and I have a galactic conversation around ascending into your highest self & frequency, quantum healing, the power & magnetism of authenticity, & elevating your work into a Soul empire.

As a Psychic Mentor, Jenny is training her students to discover and master their Soul Gifts with her signature psychic development program, Psychic Light.
As a Spiritual Business Mentor, she is empowering Spiritual Entrepreneurs to elevate their business into their Soul Empire, one that aligns to their purpose for being on Earth and to their Highest Self Frequency, through her Starseed CEO programs.
The Starseed Academy Divine Mission is to support Awakening Souls as we create the New Earth Paradigm together.

It's hard to imagine a World that didn't feel like it was ruled and dominated by Men. A World where War didn't exist and societies were ruled and governed very differently. Yet the truth of our Human history is very different than we may have been led to believe. So what is the truth of Women's role in ancient civilizations and her potential to save the world, help us heal from harmful belief systems, and create a paradigm shift? Thankfully my incredible guest on the show this week, Elisha Deva, did an extraordinary amount of work and research to provide us answers to these exact questions and beyond.
Elisha is the author of Before War, a remarkable book that will changes how its readers look at the world — by exposing the female roots of Western civilization. It draws on the evidence from anthropology, archaeology, linguistics, primatology, and the shocking new genetics data, to tell the story of Western civilization. On this episode, Elisha tells us all about her book, history, and the way forward that works for all. Elisha clarifies that It’s not about blaming men. It’s about standing together against an institution that harms us all.

Elisha is an interdisciplinary thinker who has been researching social inequality for almost thirty years. Her degree is in Human Biology from Stanford, a multidisciplinary combination of anthropology, psychology and biology. After working for four years in neuroscience at UCLA, the politics and sexism drove her out of academia. Since then she’s collected data across disciplines to interpret it for the public, reading every book, article, and paper she could find on the rise of dominance in the Bronze Age. She’s travelled the world, visiting matrilineal cultures and searching museums for clues to our ancient past. Meanwhile, she worked as a computer engineer on the forefront of creating the Internet in the 90s, built a wilderness retreat, and developed a trauma-informed healing practice.

One of the greatest challenges that all Human Beings face is the incessant voice in our heads which seems to critique and judge our every move and remind us of past mistakes & all of our short comings. Co-habitating with such an unpleasant guest can feel nearly maddening at times and extremely discouraging on a day-to-day basis. So, what can we do about this abusive brain chatter? My guest this week, Certified life, relationship, and spiritual coach Jacquie Elliott is here to help. Jacquie devotes her time to helping women heal this chatter and replace it with Divine Feminine loving kindness and self acceptance.
On this episode, Jacquie joined me in my living room in Bend, Oregon to talk all about the struggle to release the negativity in our minds and embrace ourselves, as we are and as we age, gracefully and with abundant joy.

In the midst of our day to day lives it can be easy to get caught up in the minutiae & illusion of obligations, needs, and requirements. There is a vital importance in taking time and space to release all these material notions and duties and connect with our true essence and self. This is how we find peace and reconnect with the truth that we are not what we do, we are not what happens to us, we are not our fears, doubts, or insecurities. We are a Divine, unique being with precious gifts to bring to the World. Without taking time and creating space where we can fee fully into out Divine Feminine power, we may become lost and unable to let our light shine.
On this Divine Feminine solo episode, I offer insight and suggestions about creating a sacred space in your life and the importance & benefits of doing so.

Working towards healing and loving ourselves can be heavy work. It's wonderful to add some levity once in awhile through laughter and humor. Mix that with some education around our bodies, sex, & sexuality and we may just find ourselves having a pretty good time with this self love and acceptance thing. My guest this week, Melissa Strype, has created fun and beautiful videos and performances based on educating Women on sexual health and embracing our bodies. Mixing comedy with education, Melissa offers an outlet for learning more about our sexuality and how to advocate for ourselves.
On this episode, Melissa and I talk about the stigma that continues to surround sex and prevents Women from understanding their bodies, how to understand & embrace your body, and affirming that it's OK to have body hair and weird things happening with bodily functions & periods, and that "you need to wear a condom" is not a debatable statement.

Love & dating doesn’t have to suck. It can, in fact, be fun, exciting, and enjoyable and lead us to a beautiful, fulfilling relationship. So how do we get to THAT point if we've been trudging through the dating mud for years? My guests today, Carla Romo & Sherry Gaba, are the fabulous hosts of the Love Fix Podcast. They combined forces to hare their unique & thoughtful perspectives & stories of dating and relationships to offer some guiding light to those of us feeling stuck, frustrated, and about ready to give up.
Carla Romo certified Dating & Relationship Coach and Sherry Gaba, LCSW have overcome their own dating and relationship horror stories, which led them to being experts in healing from codependency, dating and toxic relationships. Their 30 year age difference brings you an array of perspectives at any stage in life. If you’re dating, in a relationship or divorced, they’ve got your back. As hosts of the podcast The Love Fix they've got the latest tools on how to navigate dating and how to thrive in a successful relationship.
On this episode Carla, Sherry, and I have way too much fun exchanging anecdotes and perspectives around why we get caught up in brutal cycles of dating shitty people. Which, we point out, is a result of us showing up pretty shitty ourselves. Meaning, we haven't identified and healed the core false beliefs that lead us to people who can't love us and vice versa. We also discuss releasing ourselves from codependency, finding peace & acceptance for ourselves first, and what true love really feels like.

Every person is unique in how they've learned to connect with and attach to others in romantic relationships. Many would say that these attachment styles are developed early on in infancy & childhood and stick with us into later life. Attachment styles impact how we conduct ourselves in our human connections. Many theories have been developed around attachment styles with prominent thought pointing to 4 specific types of attachment, how they form, and how they present themselves.
On this episode, I break down an over view of what attachment styles are and the different types. I then offer examples of each type and share insight into how exploring attachment styles is a helpful tool that sheds light on how we conduct ourselves in relationships . Gaining this greater understanding of our personal attachment style can help us move closer to a secure relationship free from codependency. Where we are able to honor our Divine Feminine self and not be ruled by fears and insecurities.
Types of Attachment Styles:
Secure/Healthy:
Attunement
Trust
Safety Security
Insecure:
Anxious
Avoidant
Disorganized
