cold reaction 反应很冷

cheesy 俗气

lame joke （烂）冷笑话

有时候用英语解释中文的俚语，不如老老实实解释一番。

If after somebody says a joke the atmosphere in the room is very quiet, then we describe the room as being cold and his joke as being a cold joke.

如果有人说玩笑话后，整个房间的气氛都非常的安静，我们就会说那个房间很冷，或者是他说了一个冷笑话。

其他形容冷笑话的实用句：

That joke was so terrible. 那个笑话很难笑。

That movie left me cold all the way through. 那部电影从头到尾都冷场。

He loves to make bad jokes. 他喜欢讲冷笑话。

Our teacher has a really bad sense of humor. 我们老师很冷。
