“Begin each day with a grateful heart.”

Day 14: How can you inject more gratitude into a current challenge?

Like this, I can reflect on it through my journal and appreciate what I have encountered and been challenged by.

I will begin to commit to it wholeheartedly and feel grateful for the opportunity to grow.

Because of this challenge, it’s been awhile since I took good care of myself. From now on, I’ll start to pay attention to how I feel in my body and calm my own emotions to really take care of my own needs.

Day 14: How can you inject more gratitude into a current challenge?

The challenge I’m facing this time makes my heart break and causes loneliness, but this is also the first time I’m taking it seriously and facing this kind of emotion. It makes me start to research and learn how to manage my own emotions and feelings, so overall, I’m still grateful for it.
