Navigating relationships as we grow older is a lost art today — especially for men. Without awareness, friendships can far-too-easily fall into the depth-less golf buddy category, never sharpening and molding us the way they’re designed to.

I’ve invited three of my closest brothers who have continued to #showup for me in ways that I can only begin to describe. In this episode, we do our best to unpack exactly what that means. This is our opportunity to share our struggles and triumphs as a means to inspire you to unlearn the common ways of modern middle-age friendship and explore true brotherhood (or sisterhood).
