This week I'm joined by a client who has chosen to remain anonymous to share her journey with us on the podcast today. From soul searching in her marriage in the midst of racial trauma and post-partum depression to ultimately finding healing through somatic work and emotional regulation, I can't help but compare my client's story to that of a butterfly emerging. We're talking about doing the inner work of processing trauma stored in our bodies, setting boundaries in relationships that have become toxic, and ultimately finding peace and closure even after difficult experiences like abuse, gaslighting, and divorce.
