My guest today is Valerie Rubin, licensed Rapid Transformational Therapist and Anxiety Mindset coach. Valerie helps people heal their anxious attachment, abandonment fears, and feel worthy from the inside out. She uses somatic therapy and hypnotherapy to move stuck trauma through the body. Valerie really just desires for women to be securely attached, to learn how to embody that, and to ultimately trust themselves and the world.

It's been on my heart lately to explore attachment theory and different attachment styles. In this episode, we start at the beginning and give a foundational breakdown of these concepts, and then we start to dig more deeply into how we can implement this understanding to build empathy, stillness, healthy connection in relationships, and more.
