Becky’s “Flu Shot” —     

Blend 1 squeezed lemon, 1 tbsp Manuka honey, 1 tbsp elderberry, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, 1 inch peeled ginger, 1 inch peeled turmeric, 1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple, 1-2 cups coconut water or filtered water. Pour through a strainer and bottoms up!
