Hi Community!
In this week's episode we continue with the healing through feeling series with a specific focus on acceptance.
Accepting the truth about the things that happened in the past that affected me negatively has been both life changing and mind altering. Acceptance for me has given me the time and space to understand where it hurts and what I need to do to heal. It has been freedom and being able to access the peace I longed for, for a very long time.
I am so grateful that I can look back and see how far I have come.

Hi Community!
Welcome to yet another series! As I close off the season, I thought it would be a good idea to share some of the functional, effective and practical things I have done to help me heal my heart, body and mind from some of the pain, trauma, anger, pain and shame I carried around.
I spent all of 2024 really focusing on healing and the results have been so beautiful to witness.
Therapy has played such a pivotal role in the person that I have become and while I know that it is not easily accessible, I will always say that if you can afford it, please give it a try.
I really hope that you can take something valuable and helpful away from this.

Hi Community!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR. Wishing you a fruitful 2025!
As we walk into a new year it is important to have the goals and dreams as well as the good intentions behind them. But it is also important to be prepared for the moments where we don't feel like showing up and we have to fight through achieving that goal.
In this week's episode we're understanding the value and importance of keeping the promises we make to ourselves, repairing any fractured self-trust and how to overcome feeling stuck when it comes to achieving our goals.
Let's make 2025 a year full of keeping the promises we make to ourselves and showing up even when we don't want to.

Hi Community!
Join me in this weeks episode as I wrap up 2024 for the podcast. This is a really short one, but I just wanted to remind you that there is nothing you can do about how the year turned out, but you do have the power to change that outcome in 2025.
So don't waste your December living in regret, rather take the time to rest and prepare for the new year. Don't forget that you are in charge, and you absolutely have the power to change the course of your life.
See you in the new year!

Hi Community!
With 2025 right around the corner I thought it would be a good idea to start getting ready and already putting ourselves in place to set realistic and achievable goals and decide on the process to successfully achieve them.
Join me in this week's episode as I cover setting SMART and realistic goals, picking up on healthy habits and keeping the promises that we make to ourselves.
Let's step into the new year with a plan and not just say the words (new year, new me) with no actual plan.
Here's to a productive and intention filled 2025!!

Hi Community!
In this week's episode we're talking being meticulous in our decision making when it comes to romantic relationships, marriage and having children.
There is absolutely nothing casual when it comes to the afore mentioned things and in this episode, I highlight that and how important it is to really take your time when it comes to choosing a relationship, marriage and having a child or children.
It is a blessing to have a choice, and we should all be choosing good things for ourselves.

Hi Community,
In this week's episode we are getting into forgiving ourselves and working on moving forward.
I used to struggle with looking at myself and overcoming the guilt that came with some of the poor decisions I made in the past. It was even harder for me to reconcile how God could forgive me, but how I couldn't forgive myself. It was such a battle, and it felt like there was no getting away from the heavy load of my past and the shame. But overtime through prayer and really getting to know the Lord, I have found the confidence to work on forgiving myself and allowing myself to move.
It's important to learn from the past, but don't hold it over your head. You're allowed to move forward with your life and to keep forging forward in the best way possible!
