Loving is foundational to sex & relating. There are many books on how to get love, how to identify red flags in others and how to "get" a relationship... But so little on the mechanics of long. lasting. L O V E.

From here on, I explore topics that enable us to be better lovers physically, emotionally and spiritually; to ourselves & others.

The reality is, life IS relationships.
You can drink green smoothies all day, but if you're not cultivating love in your life then your health will be on the decline.
