Liam has had a huge year including 2:40:36 at Gold Coast Marathon PB, 1:14:28 at Sandy Point Half Marathon PB and most recently a new 10km PB of 33:50 at Run Prix 10km.

This week's #teamrun2pb athlete guest is Portia Olsen, after signing up in Oct 2022, with only 2 years of running under her belt, we hear about her running journey under the guidance of run2pb coach Karinna Fyfe. Portia talks us through some of her favourite sessions and her training ahead of the Sydney Half Marathon, before being put under the quick-fire Q&A’s.
The show rounds out with some WR chat, including a big result over the weekend in Edmonton.
