For years, I’ve heard people talk about the Enneagram and how powerful of a tool it is for personal development. And for years, I internally rolled me eyes. How could a “glorified personality test” help that much?
And then, I experienced the work of Dr. Jerome Lubbe and it all made perfect sense. ;)
Dr. Jerome is a Functional Neurologist that uses the Enneagram as a tool to help patients understand where their efficiencies and inefficiences are and how to better design their lives in accordance.
Today, he takes on myself and Peyton (my wife) and helps us dissect ourselves and our relationship in mind and life-bending ways!
During this conversation, Jerome, Peyton and I discuss...
→ Using the Enneagram to understand why we are the way we are and have the motivations we do.
→ Getting clarity around our personal efficiencies and inefficiencies and designing our life to play to our strengths (game changer for me!)
→ Understanding the why behind our triggers and how this is the way to outgrow them.
→ How our programmed dependencies for survival are not necessary for our current way of life.
→ How the enneagram can help you to understand your partner’s (or anyones) way of operating and enhance your communication immediately
→ And more…
