In Episode 121 I sit down with David Potts. David is a coach at the CrossFit Gym that is co-located with my Jiu Jitsu academy. David is an exceptional athlete and widely respected in the community. I figured David was always a jacked shredded stud until he recently shared a picture of himself from 7 years ago. He was morbidly obese, and his eyes told a story of pure misery. As soon as I saw that picture, I knew I needed to have him on the podcast so he could share how he made the decision to change and what implementing that change entailed.
