In Episode 153 I sit down with Sean McCormick. Sean is Biohacker, coach, podcaster, entrepreneur, and more. I recently did Sean’s Optimal Performance Podcast as a guest and really enjoyed his energy and decided to do another round but under my banner this time. Sean’s mission is one of bringing physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness to his community through coaching and podcasting. Biohacking is a rather new yet fascinating approach to wellness that looks to bring people back to their natural state using both modern and ancient technology. We live in an industrialized world and trying to find our natural circadian rhythm, being grounded to the earth, and consuming clean ingredients as our ancestors did, is easier said than done. Biohacking attempts to bring people back to that state of homeostasis with nature while still living in the modern world, as moving out into the forest full-time would be the only true way to be 100% in synch with nature. All of Sean’s contact info is in the show notes below. Please enjoy episode 153 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
