In today's Monday Message, Emily talks about dealing with criticism. In truth, she does not give her energy to any hate or negativity. She believes you don't need to concern yourself with what others are saying about you. It doesn't matter. What matters is that you protect your energy. It is one thing to have a respectful constructive conversation with someone who loves you. But don't waste your energy and time on people who don't know you, especially online. It can be very scary on social media, so choose to not focus on any negativity, which is a form of self sabotage.

In today's Monday Message, Emily discusses the one element that she believes everyone is missing when it comes to having the champion mentality. A deep insatiable hunger for whatever it is you're going after. Are you complacent in your life? What's barely feeding you just enough to keep you there and not take the action you know you need to take to have the life you desire? Have you lost your fight? You may have started to go down a different path and that has changed your mindset and therefore you've become complacent. Your life is meant for greatness and you can overcome really difficult things. It shows you what you're made of and when you realize that, you are able to go up against anything that is challenging you and keeping you from escaping your complacency. Challenge yourself and push past your comfort zone.

In today's solo episode, Emily discusses how to not allow a negative situation to ruin your whole day. We have all been there, you're having the best day and out of the blue you're hit with a negative situation. What happens next is in your control. Do you let that negative thing dictate your attitude, mood and how you treat the people around you? Do you let it completely impact and ruin your day? Or do you see it for what it really is, feel it, deal with it, work through it and maybe even channel that energy? You can learn how to practice the ability to channel that energy and turn it around in order to continue to show up. Don't give the negative energy the power to control you or your day. You may not have the ability to control what happens to you, but you do have the power to control your response and how you react to what happens to you. Listen to hear how you can choose to be ferociously positive.

Or are you distracted, unfocused, living in lack? If so, it is time to redirect your attention so you can be in the moment, live in the present and allow yourself to be romanced by the little things in life.

In today's Monday Message, Emily talks about something we all struggle with: Fear. We can spend a lot of time in a state of fear. It can be scary to give your heart to somebody or to go after the goals you have for yourself or to pursue new job, etc. We can really overanalyze and fixate on the what ifs or how something could go wrong. The truth is, you only get one chance at this life. This is your only shot, so take it! If you are still on this earth it is your responsibility to run full force towards what is pulling on your heart.
