In today's solo episode, Emily wants to help you raise your consciousness. She talks about how to live a more intentional life and once you do, life starts to get really good. You start to show up for yourself and for others. When you fill your mind, body and spirit with positive things and stay away from low vibrations, you can create the life you desire for yourself. You must learn how to release the need to control the things you cannot actually control (ex: the weather), and realize the power you have to control things that are in your ability to control, such as what you do first thing in the morning or your daily routine. She also talks about her 90 day mentorship program and wants you to know a new one is about to begin and there are spots available to sign up! This is the last 12 weeks of the year, so if you want to start 2022 in a completely different place than you are now, this program is for you. Check out the mentorship link below for details. Listen to also hear how you can win a spot to the 2022 Evolve Retreat.

In today's Monday Message, Emily talks about the key to connection. She says it's actually important to disconnect first and quiet the noise. Connection to yourself first and foremost is very important. Start by getting rid of all the distractions and pray, meditate, read/write or go for a walk outside. These are just a few things you can do to get rid of distractions and create space in your mind so you can have a connection with someone in real life, not just on social media. So, it's important to leave your phone out of the equation. Be intentional about your time together, listen to them, let them reciprocate and see what's in each other's hearts.

In today's Monday Message, Emily asks her listeners, "What are you allowing into your environment every day?" What you allow as an input will affect your thoughts, actions and inevitably the life that you live. Picture yourself having an exotic car. How would you treat that car? You'd put the best oil in it, take it in for routine maintenance, keep it clean, etc... So why don't you treat yourself the same? Don't allow toxic situations to get inside of your mind, body and soul. You decide what you allow, let it be exotic.
