I have been addicted to sugar for about 10 years.
And trust me when I say, I have tried every single freakin’ diet to beat this.It either wouldn’t work at all (for ME), or it would work temporarily but the cravings would get too strong after a while and I’d give up.
But for the first time ever, I have been off sugar for 60+ days, and I more than anyone else am surprised lol.
